Diagnostic Testing

In an effort to provide your pet with superior medical care, we have multiple diagnostic tests available to help determine a diagnosis.

Laboratory Services:  We utilize in-house laboratory techniques and veterinary commercial reference laboratories to provide for a wide array of diagnostic test options, such as serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, cytology, biopsy and parasite testing.

Digital X-rays:  Our on-site, modern digital X-ray equipment provides high quality radiographs to aid in the diagnosis of many disorders. Because of the accuracy of digital X-ray technology, technicians are able to take fewer images resulting in less pet discomfort. Digital X-rays also project less radiation than traditional X-rays, which allows your pet to avoid unnecessary exposure.

Ultrasound: This is high-frequency sound waves that are used to produce images of structures within the body. This can be used to help diagnose and treat various diseases and conditions. Ultrasounds are gentle and are typically used to examine the abdominal region.

Electrocardiography Services:  We provide ECG services on-site as well as consultations with cardiology specialists.
