We are proud to provide a full service facility utilizing state-of-the-art technology for the highest quality veterinary care available. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Hours of Operation
We are open to the public:
Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM Saturdays 7:00 AM until 12:00 noon. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment your pet needs. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, debit cards, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
Referrals While our goal is to offer all necessary diagnostics and treatments for the medical conditions that may affect your pets, there are times we feel it is best to involve the expertise of our local veterinary specialists. We regularly work with an outstanding group of veterinarians in the Tidewater area with certifications in neurology, dermatology, opthalmology, dentistry, surgery, cardiology, and internal medicine. If for any reason you would like to visit a specialist for a certain problem, do not hesitate to ask one of our veterinarians.
