At York Veterinary Hospital, we are committed to keeping clients and team members safe during COVID-19

Until further notice, we are implementing the following.  Here is our planned protocol beginning tomorrow, July 6th:

  • Curbside service will still be available and encouraged for all services.
  • Masks are REQUIRED for anyone entering the building.

  • Appointments will still be asked to check-in upon arrival by phone or text, wait to be escorted directly into an exam room by a team member, then,  check out will be done in the exam room at the conclusion of your visit. We are requesting only 1 client per appointment in the exam room (with very few exceptions).

  • Clients picking up medications and food will be able to enter the building as long as masks are worn and social distancing is practiced with a limit of 6 clients in the lobby at any one time.

  • Technician appointments, drop-off appointments, surgery, dental procedures and boarding pets will continue to check in by phone or text and wait for a team member to bring their pet into the building.

  • Our team members will continue to wear face masks or shields, practice regular hand washing and cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.

If you have ANY questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us @ 757-898-3700.
